Need a copy of your official transcript?

You can either fill out the request virtually or by mail.

Transcript requests are mailed out on Tuesday's and Thursday's after receiving all of the items listed.

If you want to fill out the request virtually, please use these instructions: Virtual Transcript Request

If you want to send a request through the mail, please make sure the following information is in your letter:

• Your full name (including maiden name if married)

• Date of birth

• Complete name and address of where you would like the transcript sent

• $5.00 for each copy of the transcript requested (Please send either cash or a check made out to eAchieve Academy)
