Need a copy of your official transcript?

Transcript requests are mailed out on Tuesday's and Thursday's after receiving all of the items listed.

Please make sure the following information is included in your request:

• Your full name (including maiden name if married)

• Date of birth

• Complete name and address of where you would like the transcript sent

• $5.00 for each copy of the transcript requested
