Quick Tips for completing your application:
If you are a student in grades 10-12, please make sure you send your transcripts along with your application.
Be sure to enter Waukesha as the non-resident school district and eAchieve Academy as the specific school you are applying for. Don’t forget to mark the appropriate box in Section II and then briefly explain your reasons in Section III.
Applications can take up to 20 business days to process. You will receive a determination letter from our Enrollment Coordinator once the application process is completed.

Steps to Apply for eAchieve Academy:
Option 1
Online Form
Step 1: Fill out the online enrollment form on this website. When applying, you will choose Waukesha School District as your non-resident district of choice, and eAchieve Academy as your school of choice. The submitted application must be signed for it to be considered complete
Step 2: Once the form is completed, press submit. The form will be automatically submitted for review.
Step 3: eAchieve Academy will begin processing your application. It can take up to 20 days for your application to be reviewed by both eAchieve and your resident school district. Once the application process is complete, you will receive a decision via email from Jan West.
Step 4: Learn with us! If your application is approved, you will receive enrollment information from Jan West and login information from Danielle Castro. Your student will also be assigned a STAR Advisor to help them get started in their courses and support them throughout their first semester. STAR Advisors will work together with parents and students to create a schedule and get started in all classes. All information will be sent to the email address provided on your application, so please be sure to check this often!

Step 1: Download and save the Alternative Open Enrollment Application form to your computer before completing it electronically. Use the Alternative Open Enrollment Brochure if you need additional information.
Step 2: Complete the Alternative Open Enrollment Application. When applying, you will choose Waukesha School District as your non-resident district of choice, and eAchieve Academy as your school of choice.
